Whether you need a few hours or a couple of days, I offer various types of out-of-home respite options, in residential care facilities, nursing home's or short term hospitalizations, tailored to each individual's needs. Your peace of mind matters, and I am committed to ensuring your loved ones receive the quality care they deserve while you take the time you need to recharge.

COMPANION SERVICES
Companion care is a type of in-home service that focuses on the emotional and social well-being of individuals, particularly seniors, rather than providing medical or personal care.
It's designed for people who may be experiencing isolation, loneliness, or need assistance with daily activities but don't require extensive medical or personal care.

Social Interaction: Companions spend time with clients, engaging in conversations, games, walks, or other activities to combat isolation and promote socialization.

Emotional Support: They offer a listening ear, encouragement, and help with managing emotions.

Assistance with Daily Tasks: They can help with tasks like grocery shopping, light housekeeping, meal preparation, medication reminders, and transportation to appointments.

PERSONAL CARE / ADL's (activities of daily living

Personal care services focus on helping individuals maintain their independence and well-being by assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) like bathing, dressing, toileting, and mobility. These services are provided by our experienced Personal Support Workers (PSW's)
The personal care services we provide may include the following assistency with activities of daily living (ADL's):

Hygiene and Grooming: Bathing, showering, toileting, dressing, and personal hygiene.

Mobility: Assistance with getting in and out of bed, walking, using a wheelchair, or other mobility aids.
